Sanjeev Jain – the chief and CEO (President) of realty firm Parsvnath Engineers’ auxiliary, Parsvnath Milestone Designers – was captured after a 60 km pursue, said Delhi police.
Mr Jain, an occupant of DLF Stage 2 in Gurugram, was captured from Delhi air terminal by a group of Delhi Police Exceptional Team (STF) Shahdara.

“Jain was captured in Saturday by the STF group of Shahdara from the IGI air terminal following non-bailable warrants gave against the President for his powerlessness to show up before the Public Buyer Questions Redressal Commission,” Representative Magistrate of Police (Shahdara) Surendra Choudhary said in a proclamation.
The warrants against Mr Jain were given regarding a case recorded by one Rajat Babbar, the assertion said.

“Four non-bailable warrants and one bailable warrant from the Public Buyer Questions Redressal Commission were forthcoming at the Shahdara police headquarters against Jain,” it added.
Mr Jain was delivered before the commission on Sunday, the assertion said.
